1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using ExportFirst.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ExportFirst.in, operated under BitHelp Foundation, with its principal office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
By creating an account on ExportFirst.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
ExportFirst.in is an educational and knowledge-sharing platform focused on Indian export-import trade. It is an initiative of BitHelp Foundation and is operated in association with Startup Maharashtra.
The Platform is led by Akshay Rajole, with BitHelp Foundation Directors including Tushar Pakhare and Rohit Lalwani.
The Platform provides:
- Educational content on export-import processes, documentation, and trade terms
- Interactive tools including product selection guidance, Incoterms reference, and HSN code lookups
- Information on government agencies, export promotion councils, and trade finance
- Export readiness assessments and personalised guidance resources
- Paid sessions, meetups, and workshops on export-import trade
- Mentorship programmes for MSMEs, farmers, and first-time exporters
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access restricted content and tools, you must create an account by completing the registration form with accurate and complete information.
Account Approval
All registrations are subject to review and approval by ExportFirst.in. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion. You will receive an email notification of your account status within 24–48 hours of registration.
Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must notify us immediately at akshay@exportfirst.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- You may not share your account credentials with any other person
- One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
4. Platform Access & Membership
The Platform operates on a tiered access model:
- Free Access: Available to all registered and approved users. Includes glossaries, Incoterms reference, basic guides, and public content
- Registered Access: Available upon account approval. Includes HSN library, country profile summaries, and basic document templates
- Premium Access: Available on paid membership. Includes full country profiles, product selection reports, complete template library, and detailed assessments
- Session / Event Access: Available on purchase of specific meetups, workshops, or courses
Access levels may change at any time. ExportFirst.in reserves the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw content access with reasonable notice to users.
5. Content & Educational Purpose
All content on ExportFirst.in — including articles, guides, tools, templates, and assessments — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Important: Content on this Platform does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. Export regulations, duties, and procedures change frequently. Always verify current requirements with relevant government authorities (DGFT, APEDA, RBI, CBIC) or a qualified professional before making business decisions.
ExportFirst.in makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.
6. User Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
- Share, resell, or distribute paid content or premium resources to non-members
- Reproduce, copy, or republish platform content without written permission from ExportFirst.in
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or restricted areas
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or communications
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract platform data
- Harass, defame, or misrepresent any person associated with the Platform
- Share your login credentials or allow third parties to access the Platform through your account
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Payments & Refunds
Paid Sessions & Events
Fees for meetups, workshops, and premium membership are displayed clearly at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST where stated.
Refund Policy
- Meetups & Workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but the registration may be transferred to another person
- Premium Membership: Not refundable once activated. You may cancel future renewals at any time
- Event Cancellation by ExportFirst.in: In case we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days
- Digital Content: Once accessed, digital reports and templates are non-refundable

8. Intellectual Property
All content on ExportFirst.in — including text, tools, templates, assessments, graphics, and course material — is the intellectual property of ExportFirst.in and BitHelp Foundation, authored by Akshay Rajole, unless otherwise credited.
- You may use content for your own personal and business learning purposes
- You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute content commercially without written permission
- Sharing screenshots or brief excerpts with attribution to ExportFirst.in is permitted on social media
- Systematic download or reproduction of the platform knowledge base is strictly prohibited

9. Disclaimer of Liability
ExportFirst.in, BitHelp Foundation, and its directors (Akshay Rajole, Tushar Pakhare, Rohit Lalwani) shall not be liable for:
- Any business loss, financial loss, or damage arising from reliance on Platform content
- Loss of export orders, regulatory penalties, or customs issues based on Platform guidance
- Inaccuracies in government data, port information, or agency contact details
- Technical downtime, data loss, or interrupted access to the Platform
- Actions of third parties, buyers, freight forwarders, or agents referenced in Platform content
Export trade involves significant regulatory, financial, and commercial risk. The Platform provides educational guidance only. All business decisions must be made by the user with appropriate professional and legal counsel.
10. Account Termination
ExportFirst.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Providing false information during registration
- Behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the platform community
- Non-payment of applicable fees
- At our sole discretion, for any reason, with 7 days notice except in cases of serious misconduct
You may close your account at any time by emailing akshay@exportfirst.in. On account closure, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
