These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ExportFirst.in, operated under BitHelp Foundation, with its principal office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By creating an account on ExportFirst.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. About the Platform

ExportFirst.in is an educational and knowledge-sharing platform focused on Indian export-import trade. It is an initiative of BitHelp Foundation and is operated in association with Startup Maharashtra.

The Platform is led by Akshay Rajole, with BitHelp Foundation Directors including Tushar Pakhare and Rohit Lalwani.

To access restricted content and tools, you must create an account by completing the registration form with accurate and complete information.

Account Approval

All registrations are subject to review and approval by ExportFirst.in. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion. You will receive an email notification of your account status within 24–48 hours of registration.

Fees for meetups, workshops, and premium membership are displayed clearly at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST where stated.

All content on ExportFirst.in — including text, tools, templates, assessments, graphics, and course material — is the intellectual property of ExportFirst.in and BitHelp Foundation, authored by Akshay Rajole, unless otherwise credited.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

ExportFirst.in, BitHelp Foundation, and its directors (Akshay Rajole, Tushar Pakhare, Rohit Lalwani) shall not be liable for:
